Exclusive Priority Search

This is primarily what we do with our clients. We work on this job daily as a top priority and help you find the right candidate. Urgency, candidate qualifications and a cultural fit are the top focus filling a position.

An initial engagement fee is required from the client company. A percentage of the 1st year salary is our service fee.



Contingency Search

We work on this position assignment on a limited basis with no time commitments to the client company. There would be no up front cost to the client company. The client company will only pay a fee for our services if anyone we referred to you is hired by your company or affiliates.

Reference Checks

Reference checks are included with our Exclusive Priority and Contingency packages. Background checks can be hired on a project basis as, well as personality and intelligence assessments.
