MEET JIM
Jim Klinzing has a passion for helping others in life. Born and raised in Wisconsin, he is grateful everyday for the blessing of life and serving others.
He began his recruiting career in 1985 working for a large national corporation. He was responsible for recruitment, sales training, and revenue growth for ten sales offices in the United States. Jim grew his division to the top 12% in the nation. His primary branch sales office was recognized in the top three out of 500 in the nation for several years. After 13 successful years Jim joined one of the top national recruiting search firms, Management Recruiters International (MRI) in 1998. Jim consistently ranked in the top 10% of recruiters out of 5,000 nationwide in the company. Jim also obtained CSAM certification which is only achieved by the upper 5% of recruiters within MRI. In 2001 his team ranked 15th in the company nationwide in his industry.
In April, 2002 Jim started his own search firm, Recruiting Solutions of Wisconsin. On January 1, 2006 the company name changed to Recruiting Solutions Network. Jim primarily focuses in Commercial Construction, Electrical, Engineering and Architectural markets in Wisconsin and select states.

Travel
One of my new-found passions is taking our RV and exploring Wisconsin and USA with my beautiful wife. While on trips we bike, hike, golf, try new restaurants and discover local coffee shops, little diamonds in the rough! We also enjoy traveling to Badger, Brewer or Packer games and tailgating before a big game! Go Bucks!
Health and Exercise
I love yoga which I find greatly improves my overall health and wellness. Yoga, along with integrating organic and locally grown food into my daily regimen, helps me feel vibrant and at peace.
Faith
I am a man of great faith. It guides me in both my professional and personal life. I believe in equality for women, minorities, and men, and promote this in the life God gave me. In my free time I’m often volunteering for various groups or organizations in need. My wife and I volunteer and support the Zeteo Community.
My favorite bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11-13.
Adventures
I enjoy helping others, especially less fortunate people like the homeless. I love visiting local farmer’s markets, strolling down State Street and around the State Capitol with my wife and enjoying spectacular views of our beautiful city!
When we are not doing this we are blessed visiting our 5 adult children and spending time with our grandkids, My wife and I have the opportunity to watch them play hockey, basketball, soccer, flag football, participate in gymnastics and cheer competitions. Such enjoyable experiences.
